These are strange times right now, that’s for sure! Due to the closure of many of our offices, we felt it was only right to put a “pause” on any LensQuote payments until all our offices have reopened. We set the next billing to occur in 60 days for now; however, that will be re-evaluated as we go, and if you need more time just let us know.
As we set out from the very beginning, we built LensQuote to help our colleagues. While LensQuote is still useful for helping staff quote contacts over the phone, we want you to benefit payment-free.
In addition to current users, any new users of LensQuote will be granted an automatic 60-day free trial from the time your practice reopens. Again, we will re-evaluate this timeframe if you need more time to test our software.
We do still have our success team working with accounts. If you have any friends that you feel would benefit from LensQuote, please share your story with them and share that if they sign up during the shutdown (www.lensquote.com), LensQuote will be free until they’re open and profiting from its use (whether that’s 60 days, 90 days, etc). If there’s ever a time that we all need to capture our contact lens sales, now is the time!
